Cancellation Policy
When canceling or rescheduling an appointment, a 24 -hour notice is required, otherwise resulting in a 50% charge.
Same-day cancellations and no-show appointments will be charged 50% of that service. There is a 15-minute grace period. After 20 minutes, the appointment will be cancelled and charged.
If you want to secure your next booking with me and have not yet paid the fee, a payment of 50% of the previous cancelled appointment fee is required.
